About Shipping
We are pleased to inform you that we are currently running a “Super Campaign”. During the campaign, all items will be free shipping. In addition, if the item is subject to customs duty, we will cover the full amount of the duty for you during the campaign. That means you only pay for the price of the item itself and don’t need to incur any other additional costs, which is really great.
However, the campaign may end in the next few days, when you will need to pay the price of the item as well as the shipping and even the customs duty, so it is heartily recommended that you should order the items you need as soon as possible in order to maximize the savings.
About Timing
We support delivery to most areas of the world, unfortunately there are some areas that we are unable to support at this time. If you are in a region that does not currently support delivery, we will notify you by email as soon as possible after we receive your order for cancellation and a full refund.
Except for delays caused by holidays, customs, bad weather, and other uncontrolled reasons, the normal timing are as follows (Note that it is for reference only). You can contact us by email for the exact timing of your order, we will reply you a more accurate timing as soon as possible.

- North American orders (except the U.S.): 25+ days
- South American orders: 30+ days
- European orders: 25+ days
- Asia (except Middle East), Australia, New Zealand orders: 20+ days
