Returns Policy
- Purchases can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date. (not include customized products).
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, no refund will be issued.
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- When a freebie included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the freebie will be deducted from the refund amount.
How To Return
- The buyer sends an email to request a return, the content of the email should include: a description of the problem with the items, some photos or videos showing the problem/defect.
- Once we receive your return email, we will review it as soon as possible. After approval, we will send you an email reply with the return address of the items. You need to pack the goods in the original packaging and send it to the return address.
- After we receive the returned merchandise and check it for accuracy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method as soon as possible.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to follow the return process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
- Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- For orders canceled more than 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
- We will not accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
